The #CREi List
What is the CREi List?
We love to see people succeed and we love positivity. This list highlights not just the most influential influencers in Commercial Real Estate, but genuinely good people doing amazing things in our world. The list is intended to lift up those who great contributors, leaders and influencers in our industry. We want you to learn a little about them through their bios as opposed to simply a sequential line list of names.
Who Can Be on the List?
Exceptional individuals: Those who are producers (brokers) in commercial real estate. Those who write about commercial real estate. Those who help producers including respected coaches, economist and subject matter thought-leaders. We don’t include real estate company handles unless they serve jointly as the handle for a top executive and the company. Also, while we love their work, in most cases we think prop tech companies and their leaders can live on other lists. In general, we are trying to include individuals who are involved in transacting or supporting commercial real estate deals of all kinds.
Pulling together a list like this takes some doing. The team spent many hours evaluating potential list makers and using sophisticated technology to rank those that met the qualifications for the #CREi designation. I want to give my partners a strong shout out and ask you to consider them for your business needs.
The List Maker team includes very creative and talented professional Sarah Malcolm at quietvalor.com, an advertising agency focused on real estate and technology. Thank to you for your partnership!
Also, the amazing Nick Luczyszyn, CEO of Amplify OSM brought his LinkedIn tech skills to the table. I call him the “LinkedIn Ninja,” because he is the best professional I’ve ever encountered in terms of his knowledge of the platform. Look him up on LinkedIn and I bet you’ll be impressed too.

Ken is a passionate connector of people and causes. He also loves recognizing those doing good in our world. When the pandemic hit, Ken had the idea of creating lists of the best of the best in commercial real estate brokerage. The list would include industry competitors – the competitive issue is not ideas but execution of those ideas, he believes. Also, the list rankings would be largely based on data first. The first year he published lists for Twitter and LinkedIn influencers. Recently, Instagram was added as well. The first list made its debut and was well regarded in the commercial real estate industry. A number of list makers reached out to say they earned better splits, more business or had other career successes, which was wonderful and welcomed news.
After a number of conversations, list makers asked to gather together to share best practices – iron does sharpen iron! Out of those discussions, the CREi Summit was born. The CREi Summit is an annual confab of those who are on the lists, those who would like to be, and those who are curious about how to better build their respective communities.
Speaking of communities, the CREi Summit has become a community unlike any other. If someone in the community has a professional question, they can get quick answers. If they have a larger project, they can source experts to help through this great network. Perhaps most importantly, in the community one can develop deep friendships with people who are fully of great ideas! After all, they are influencers and leaders for a reason. Ken is proud of the community and is looking forward to it’s further growth and development.
