Mike has worked closely with many national retailers over the past four years to help them expand throughout Southern California. As part of the Epsteen Team, Mike has built a book of business with a variety of clients ranging from quick serve restaurants including Freshii and Quiznos, to big-box retailers such as Michaels Arts & Crafts and Petco. Mike strives to create value for his clients by watching market trends, sourcing real estate, and working diligently to exceed all of his clients’ goals.
After graduating with Honors from Northeastern University in May 2007, Mike was accepted into the Epsteen & Associates’ training program. It was during these 2 years that Mike created the foundation of his business; he became an expert of the eight counties that make up Southern California and gained a comprehensive understanding of the demographics, psychographics, and the retail trade areas.
