CREi List Curators
What is the CREi List?
The CREi List is one of the most recognized honors in commercial real estate – and it doesn’t happen by accident. Each year, a small group of respected industry voices volunteers to curate the list, reviewing nominations and selecting the professionals who deserve recognition. These are the people behind the list.

Warren is a brand strategist, designer, and founder of Tingen Creative, a consultancy focused exclusively on branding and marketing for commercial real estate.
With more than two decades of experience across branding, design, and marketing, Warren helps brokers, developers, and property owners clarify their story, differentiate their assets, and position projects to compete in crowded markets. His work spans new developments, repositioned properties, and legacy assets — bringing clarity to everything from brand identity and messaging to marketing systems that actually support leasing and sales.
His philosophy is simple: branding in commercial real estate isn’t decoration — it’s a business tool that drives momentum, confidence, and ROI.
Outside of work, Warren is a lifelong creative and an unapologetic fan of fantasy and science fiction. He enjoys drawing, reading, watching movies and running immersive Dungeons & Dragons campaigns. These interests inform his belief that great brands, like great stories, give people a role they want to step into.
Warren has been married to his wife Micah for over 25 years and is the proud father of three grown children. He brings the same long-term thinking, curiosity, and care to his professional work that he values most in life: building things that last.
