We know life happens, but please try not to cancel. Once you make a commitment to us, we make a commitment to you in terms of space allocation and budgeting. Cancellations are very hard on a micro-conference like ours.

However, if you determine you can no longer attend the 2025 CREi Summit, (after notifying us before July 24th) you may apply the full value of your ticket toward the 2026 event. Please note: if the 2026 general ticket price increases, you will be responsible for any difference in cost. The value of your ticket does not include transaction fees as they are sunk cost.

If you choose to cancel entirely, a $250 cancellation fee will apply.

No refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reason for cancellations received after 4:59 PM ET on July 24, 2025. All cancellation or transfer requests must be submitted to CREi Summit in writing.
