All official photographs (“Photos”) and videos (“Videos) taken at or produced by CREi Summit events, including but not limited to sessions, networking activities, and promotional materials, are the exclusive intellectual property of CREi Summit and CREi Events, LLC (collectively, “We” or “Us”). These Photos are protected under copyright laws and may not be used without adherence to this policy.

Permitted Use

• You may use the Photos for personal, non-commercial purposes only, such as sharing on personal social media accounts or in personal portfolios, provided you comply with all terms herein.
• Limited commercial use (e.g., in blog posts, articles, or professional profiles) may be allowed with prior written approval from Us. Requests should be submitted to kim@creisummit.com.

Attribution Requirements

• Whenever a Photo is used, you must provide clear and prominent credit as follows: “Photo courtesy of CREi Summit © 2025 CREi Events LLC. All rights reserved.”
• Credit must appear directly adjacent to the Photo or in a visible caption/footnote. Hyperlinking the credit to www.creisummit.com is encouraged but not sufficient alone.

Prohibitions

• No Modifications: Photos may not be altered, cropped, filtered, or edited in any way that changes their original content or context without Our express permission.
• No Commercial Exploitation: Photos may not be sold, licensed, or used in advertising, merchandise, or any revenue-generating activity without a separate licensing agreement.
• No Misrepresentation: Photos may not be used in a manner that implies endorsement by CREi Summit, its speakers, or attendees, or that misrepresents the event.
• No Distribution: You may not redistribute Photos to third parties or upload them to stock photo sites, databases, or public repositories.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in demands for immediate removal, legal action for copyright infringement, and potential exclusion from future CREi Summit events. We reserve the right to revoke any permissions at any time.
