About the CREi #ReTwit List

We are excited to share out share this year’s ReTwil List! Congratulations to this Listmakers!

The CREi #ReTwit list is distinct from our previously published “broker” Twitter list. While the broker list highlights professionals primarily focused on leasing transactions, the #ReTwit list celebrates a different corner of the commercial real estate conversation.

This curated list is composed of syndicators of capital, professional investors, and select brokers who dedicate a substantial portion of their work to capital markets and actively contribute to the dialogue around CRE investing on Twitter. In addition, we have included anonymous accounts that consistently offer insight, perspective, and value.

As many of you have observed, this part of the CRE Twitter ecosystem has experienced remarkable growth. Our team has been particularly inspired by the abundance mentality demonstrated by so many in the community. The volume of knowledge shared—often in real time—is impressive and continues to elevate the entire industry.

This list was created with a combination of submitted handles and those selected by the list making team.
The ranking is based on the limited data X publishes, and the opinion of the list making team.
If we missed a deserving account, please reach out—we’re committed to refining and further improving this list over time.
